Ingredients

15 Garlic cloves
3 Sage leaves
1 Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
1 Pinch Nutmeg powder
3 Yolk
6 "spoon-size"Olive oil
6 pieces Toast bread
1 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Peel the garlic cloves and boil 1 1 / 2 litres of water or milk. Sage laurel leaves and add with salt and pepper. To refine one can cayenne pepper and a little lemon juice add. The entire 20 minute boil. Then the garlic, bay leaf, sage out. The soft garlic puree through a sieve or deleted. The mass in the soup again. On low heat keep warm. Mix Yolk with oil or cream , well away so that the liquid mix well. The soup on the stove plate, the yolk mixture slowly into the soup. Then with the nutmeg spice powder. Note: The soup will no longer boil, otherwise halted yolk. The toast peal of the "toast-border" and with oil and parmesan cheese blend. The bread mixture in preheated soup plate and the soup over it.
