You should stop following the crowd and find some really cool stuff that isn't so in yo face mainstream. Mind you each to their own... if you like it, that's cool. IMO all this stuff is churned out by producers who feed the drinkers/ posers in the meat market clubs all around Europe. You need to take some drugs and find a nice dirty club with a smoke machine, wierd people with dreadlocks and tattoos, women who wear dancing gear rather than bikinis and where nobody drinks alcohol. That's when you mind will open up to the parallel musical universe to the one you live in. You might be right Spliffman...but I'm focusing on the real european urban party/clubsounds which make the crowd go mad. these tunes always make me wanna feel like drinking, smoking, taking drugs, going to clubs, invading bitches and dancing like there is no tomorrow. cmon...doesn't any of those make you happy? This is where old Spliffy used to hang out most Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings back in the 90's. The place is Sankeys Soap and it is in Manchester. Bonzo and Fishface probably know of it (although bonzo was probably more at rock world!). It would seem that they still have the same atmosphere there today. Just seeing this stuff sends me straight back there. That's what I'm talking about. It's a different kinda party but wow.....those were dang good days (except for the rest of the week when I was trying to remember how to sleep and eat). Blah blah blah. Anyway, have a look.
