thx everyone! (even to you splinx^^)
and special thanks to bionic, the cooking was a full success, although i used those small rectangular pizza thingy's, and i wasn't sure if this would work out. the large amounts of beer really helped me to ignore the cold i got just yesterday (at least for the night). thanks again for posting how to create this healthy meal!
