In Germany - 'cause of the fucking rules here - you just can activate the original Call of Duty German version. If not, steam won't activate it and so you cannot play on- and offline. That really sucks, you just can play cutted games here. So a people who does not live in Germany should be able to activate it...
Using a proxy will cause disabling of your account! So that won't work also.

short update on the uk import: amazon is no longer taking preorders for germany since yesterday. but who preordered before should be fine... at least i didnt get any message yet and the preorders are still in my amazon list.
