I think, we need more map's.
I don't know but we have only 5 map's playing from player's and Hideout is always voting 'Next map'.
Whatabout 'snowtown' or 'Goldmann Systems'? You can snipe there, rush from down and you can take many ways. Or other maps? Only more I think.
 I talked to Init and he said it, too.

I agree with Killer, I play on your server alot, I would love to see 1 or 2 more maps in rotation.
Most people hate Hideout. and people almost always vote past it.
There are some (Not many) Nice custom maps available

I like Snowtown (Beta2) 
Btw re: Removing map vote. We play on your server alot more than neelix because neelix removed the chance to vote the map.
Im my experiance If a map most people dont like cant be voted past, It can often lead to lots of people leaveing.
Atleast we do that alot
