Just curios about your control-settings, mates...
Cause I saw one FREAK playing with the Arrow keys (instead of W,A,S,D) which is ok ... but then also with an Inverted MOUSE setting!!! That means: when you pull the mouse down, you look up etc. You can check that for a minute and realise...that suck hard!
My settings:
 W,A,S,D movesettings
Right-mousebutton Ironsight
Not Inverted mouse

hehehe: there is one situation when playing on arrow keys is essential hehehe it's my case and i must say it works perfectly - i'm left-handed 
So it looks like that (if youre left-handed gonzo try those bindings):
arrows - movement
del, page down - to lean right/left
insert - reload
page up - change fire mode
home - primary weapon
end - secondary weapon
ctrl - run
ins (on numeric) - crouch
1 (numeric) - jump
"key above the control key" - prone
/ (numeric keyboard) - knife (or granade)
* (numeric)- granade
- (numeric)- granade
+ (numeric)- granade
m - chat
o - quick chat
So basically you have all needed keys controlled by the right hand.
So left hand is used to control mouse, and to press tab key ;P
Ofcourse you set right click to ironsight.
This config should be easily adopted by left hand players, and you will get used to it in matter of few hours. What is most important you will see how much it ifnfluences the gameplay.

that one crazy setup bo'! Mines' pretty stock
wads for move.
qe for leans
space jump
alt duck
middle mouse for iron sights
right mouse for fire mode
and ctrl for the aimbot activa...for prone...yeah... prone. That's it...

All numeric:
8,4,5,6 - movement keys
+, Enter - jump / crouch
0, , - reload/prone
1,3 - lean left/right
2,7,9 - swich firemode/ use / run
/ - use pistol
* - use knife
- - use granade
Right-mousebutton Ironsight
Insert mouse NO
This is how I play, but I can play with defaults configuration

Yeah, but when you are a left dealers, it's ok, bute when you are a right dealers(?) it's better with default configurations.
My is the default confi, and it's ok & easy.

dirty i use same settup...should call this settup "dirtyMontystyle"...u all can see it works...just have a look at "dirtyowning+ Montyowning"...all i`ve so say...yeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaa
